Daimen has been in the finance industry for over 30 years. He started as an account manager for an established agency in 2009 and bought that agency in 2017. He has established a name along the West Coast and Alaska with providing tailored products, detailed advice, and a hands on approach providing dealers tremendous growth and wealth. He credits the success of the agency to his team and trusted partners!

Ollie is a business finance student at Gonzaga University with professional experience in dealership financial operations, documentation, and multi-department coordination. With a background in operational analysis, forecasting, and process optimization, Ollie focuses on strengthening internal controls and improving efficiency in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments. At Mountain States Dealer Services, Ollie oversees operational execution and financial risk strategy across high-volume F&I, VSC, GAP, and ancillary programs, leading claims workflows and monitoring loss ratios and compliance.

Rachel brings over 11 years of experience in the financial industry, including 9 years in Indirect Lending. She excelled in funding operations by ensuring complete, accurate dealership documentation and building strong dealer partnerships. Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Rachel oversees daily office operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments. She manages dealership onboarding and F&I support, providing dealers with product knowledge, sales guidance, and strategic assistance to drive growth and performance.
