Daimen has been in the finance industry for over 30 years. He started as an account manager for an established agency in 2009 and bought that agency in 2017. He has established a name along the West Coast and Alaska with providing tailored products, detailed advice, and a hands on approach providing dealers tremendous growth and wealth. He credits the success of the agency to his team and trusted partners!

Operations Manager
Recognized for her leadership and academic excellence, Ellie plays a key role in supporting dealership onboarding, leading training seminars, and ensuring a seamless dealer experience. She manages social media and marketing strategy, streamlines internal processes, and collaborates with leadership to implement strategic goals while overseeing vendor and dealer partnerships. Ellie is dedicated to maintaining efficiency and compliance, driving growth initiatives, and contributing to the long-term success of MSDS.
Ali Nayazi
Area Manager for WA, OR, CA, AZ
As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience, Ali brings a strong background in sales, finance and insurance (F&I), and dealership operations across the automotive, RV, and public relations industries. Now a key member of Mountain States Dealer Services, he applies his expertise in F&I solutions, sales optimization, and delivering top-tier customer service to support dealership success and growth.
Sam Enoch
Managing Director
Sam brings over 20 years of automotive industry experience, starting in 2005 with a passion for detailing, sales, and entrepreneurship. He's worked in sales, fixed operations, and F&I across the country, and founded a successful vehicle inspection company. In 2019, he launched Pacific Dealer Services with a simple standard: customers come first. Overall, his people-centered approach to F&I and deep industry knowledge make him a perfect fit for our team!
Rachel Cotter
Office Coordinator
Rachel brings over 11 years of experience in the financial industry, including 9 years in Indirect Lending. She excelled in funding operations by ensuring complete, accurate dealership documentation and building strong dealer partnerships. Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Rachel oversees daily office operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments. She manages dealership onboarding and F&I support, providing dealers with product knowledge, sales guidance, and strategic assistance to drive growth and performance.
Alyssa Garcilazo
Area Manager for WA, ID, & OR
Alyssa is the Area Manager for WA, OR, and northern ID. Alyssa brings 15 years of experience from sales training to everything in the finance department. Alyssa is also a professional body builder and is a two time national champion. Her dedication and drive for success will help translate into stronger partnerships and greater results for our dealers.

Brian brings 20+ years of expertise in finance within Automotive, RV, and PowerSports excelling in team development and performance. His background spans large corporations, regional dealer groups, and independent dealerships, demonstrating his versatility and skill in customizing solutions. Outside of work, Brian loves spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Kristy Phillips
Office Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the Auto, RV, and Powersports back office, Kristy brings a deep understanding of operations that makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Known for her reliability and expertise, she’s highly regarded by our dealers. Kristy manages claims, cancellations, contract edits, reporting, remittances, and vendor partnerships with precision and professionalism.
Bradford Lane
Area Manager for MT, ID, UT, & AZ
Bradford Lane serves as the Area Manager for Montana, southern Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. With over 30 years of experience spanning the Auto, RV, Marine, and Powersports industries, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and insight. His extensive background working with both independent dealers and large dealer groups gives him a unique perspective on the nuances of each market. Brad’s expertise and strategic approach empower our dealers to thrive in any economic environment.
